We advised Elysian Capital LLP on their acquisition of TMC Key Travel from Living Bridge, working alongside CDD providers EY Parthenon and specialist ITDD consultants Travology, providing due diligence commentary, operating review and exit analysis.

Key Travel was a complicated deal, with a number of concurrent diligence streams executed to a short timetable.
